Staatliche Museen zu Berlin

Tracing 2500 years in the history of humankind, the tour takes visitors along the Processional Way of ancient Babylon, to the Market Gate of the Roman city of Miletus, on to the early Islamic Mshatta Façade, before ending at the Aleppo Room, dating from the 17th century. The symbols, forms and colours of these architectural structures continue to move visitors to this day.
