Internationales Stipendienprogramm für Arbeits- und Forschungsaufenthalte an den Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin

Seit 2009 bietet das Internationale Stipendienprogramm Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern aus der ganzen Welt die Gelegenheit zu ein- bis dreimonatigen Forschungsaufenthalten an den Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin.

Im Rahmen des Programms werden wissenschaftliche Vorhaben gefördert, die mit den vielfältigen Institutionen und reichhaltigen Beständen der Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin in direktem Zusammenhang stehen. Es soll die internationale Vernetzung der Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin stärken und richtet sich daher an ausländische Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler, die ihren Wohnsitz nicht in Deutschland haben. Das Programm fördert vor allem den wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchs. Mit Hilfe der Stipendien können die Forscherinnen und Forscher ihr Projekt an den Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin bearbeiten und Fachkontakte knüpfen. Sie nehmen dadurch auch am wissenschaftlichen und kulturellen Leben innerhalb der Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin und der Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz teil.

Ab sofort werden die Stipendien von den Museen und Instituten der Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin individuell ausgeschrieben.
