The Kunstgewerbemuseum (Museum of Decorative Arts) ‒ Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, together with the Artivism duo Threads & Tits, invites visitors to actively campaign for a progressive, inclusive, pluralist and non-violent democracy on Sunday, 16 March 2025. A versatile and participatory event programme (in German) takes place from 11 am to 6 pm.
Democracy Day offers opportunities to exchange thoughts and perspectives and to use art and communal actions to take a clear stand against right-wing violence, anti-democratic efforts and any form of exclusion.
