Sustainablility Programme Inclusion ’23 with Inclusive Opportunities at the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin

With its contribution Ready Steady Go! to the 2023 Special Olympics World Games (SOWG) in Berlin, the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin is sending a message to the world: As a central venue for cultural programmes, the Museumsinsel Berlin will be making a clear statement for inclusion in society and the cultural sector.

Ready Steady Go: Museums Inclusive!

The two-year project Ready Steady Go: Museums Inclusive!, funded by the Berlin Senate sustainability programme Inclusion ’23, includes developing a sustainable, inclusive outreach programme and culminates in an inclusive “cultural festival” as part of the 2023 World Games. With this in mind, sustainable, inclusive activities, infrastructure and communication facilities are being developed at the six museums and Haus Bastian on the Museumsinsel.
