Visitors of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin enjoy a free twelve-month subscription to the Freie Volksbühne Berlin, giving a whole year of benefits, across the spectrum of Berlin's cultural life!
Freie Volksbühne Berlin is a non-profit cultural association founded in 1890, which provides its members with tickets, advice, and bookings for more than 10,000 events per year free of charge.
As a member, you'll receive up to 40% off tickets for theatre, opera, comedy or concert performances, discounts on selected sporting events and reduced entry to many museums and cinemas.
As a visitor to the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin you can now take advantage of Freie Volksbühne Berlin’s services as part of a free membership deal: Just make sure to buy your tickets through the Freie Volksbühne Berlin e.V. Depending on availability, one or more tickets per event can be purchased.
Membership ends automatically at the end of the twelve-month period, but if you've enjoyed the offers and service provided by the Freie Volksbühne Berlin, your membership can be extended for an annual fee (currently €36).
Here's how to get in touch:
If you're a visitor of the Staatliche Museen, but not yet a member of Freie Volksbühne e.V., register directly by sending your details to Freie Volksbühne Berlin e.V., using the keyword "Staatliche Museen zu Berlin":
