Neue Nationalgalerie
After decades of unbroken service, the Neue Nationalgalerie will close to the public on 31 December 2014, in preparation for next year's major renovation work. When planning their visit, museum visitors are advised to expect higher-than-usual visitor numbers in the weeks before New Year's Eve, for the combined attraction of Mies van der Rohe's iconic building, and the current exhibitions 'David Chipperfield: Sticks and Stones', 'Moshe Gershuni: No Father, No Mother', and the gallery's collection display. In addition to these exhibitions, visitors will also have the opportunity to view a selection of 20 key Surrealist works from the collection of Ulla and Heiner Pietzsch.
The last day before the closure is Wednesday, 31 December 2014, 10:00-18:00.
Special opening times over the Christmas period:

Thurs. 25.12.2014, 11:00-18:00
