Museum Berggruen: Temporary Partial Closing of the Stülerbau for Remodelling of the Exhibition Spaces in February and March 2020

For several days in February and March 2020 some of the Museum Berggruen’s exhibition spaces in the Stülerbau will be temporarily closed.

Installation of the exhibition Klee in Nordafrika as of 27 February 2020

Due to preparatory remodelling for the upcoming special exhibition Klee in Nordafrika (Klee in North Africa) the exhibition spaces on the ground floor of the Stülerbau will be closed as of 27 February 2020. The exhibition Pablo Picasso x Thomas Scheibitz. Sign Scene Lexicon is still on view until 1 March 2020 on the first and second upper levels.

From 3 to 6 March 2020 the exhibition spaces on the first and second upper levels in the Stülerbau will remain closed in order to reinstall the permanent exhibition of works by Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque. If necessary, the complete reinstallation of the permanent exhibition could also take a few days longer than expected. We appreciate your understanding.

Current Exhibitions in March 2020

The special exhibition on the ground floor, Klee in Nordafrika, opens to the public on 3 March 2020. The museum’s annex building with works by Paul Klee, Alberto Giacometti, Henri Matisse and Paul Cézanne remains open.
