Employees of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin Introduce Themselves

Beginning in January 2022, employees of the various branches of the museum have been able to introduce themselves on the website of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, providing information about their professional backgrounds, their main areas of work, publications, memberships, and service on various committees and boards. To launch this new feature, the profiles of employees from initially seven branches across three locations of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin will be displayed under the “About Us” section on the individual pages.

You can find out about employees working at all the different branches or filter the profiles according to specific locations and institutions. As well as this, on the homepages of the individual museums, collections and institutes, you can organise the profiles according to their roles:

This new feature is continually being expanded to include additional branches and employees, along with new members of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin team.
