Our new programmes for the next six months, “Bildung und Vermittlung für Erwachsene 1/2022” (in German) and “Bildung und Vermittlung für Kinder und Familien 1/2022” (in German), for adults and children and families have arrived! The Staatliche Museen zu Berlin start the year 2022 with an exciting programme of events.
Counteract the tristesse of the pandemic and visit our collections and special exhibitions. Have stimulating one-to-one conversations with educators. Let curators guide you through the exhibitions. Enjoy the large formats of the museums at your leisure. Deepen your knowledge of art and cultural history in the Academy's lecture and discussion series. Take advantage of our workshops to become artistically active.
Children and families are invited to discover talking feet in the Bode Museum, fantastic dream worlds in the Neue Nationalgalerie and paradise gardens in the James-Simon-Gallerie. During the Easter holidays, they can create clay monsters and plaster ghosts at Haus Bastian or shadow theatre at Hamburger Bahnhof. We also have a lot to offer young people. How about a painted self-portrait, for example?
For spontaneous visits, we recommend our printed exhibition guides, which are available at the ticket counters in many museums.
The programmes will be available to pick up in all of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin's museums from 10 January 2022. They are already available for download (in German):
