The Kunstgewerbemuseum now offers a new discursive platform at the interface between design, fashion, applied arts, and architecture. Artist’s talks, lectures, and discussion panels provide opportunities to sound out innovative perspectives and interdisciplinary experiments in all areas of design.
They also allow us to examine our own institution, to reassess the significance of museums of applied arts as cultural archives, as well as their potential as catalysts for positive social change.
Admission to and participation in the events are free of charge, and registration is not required.
Please note that the events take place at a variety of locations.
