The Hamburger Bahnhof will enter its second round with the successful DJ series Berlin Beats from 7 June to 29 August 2024. Last summer, 50,000 visitors celebrated Berlin's electronic music culture in the museum's garden.
The opening of the open-air series will be with a set by Oda Haliti on Friday, 7 June, from 7 to 10 pm. The following events will take place from 20 June to 29 August, every Thursday from 7 to 10 pm.
Admission to the “Berlin Beats” events is free, no registration necessary. The restaurant at Hamburger Bahnhof offers a changing street food and drinks menu in the garden. For the kick-off on Friday,7 June 2024, on the occasion of the “Open House” weekend, admission to all exhibitions is also free until 10 pm. On the other dates, the exhibitions will be open until 8 pm and accessible with a valid museum ticket.

Friday, 7 June 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm Oda Haliti is an internationally acclaimed DJ and music producer. She bridges old-school vibes with cutting-edge beats, showcasing her recognition and appreciation for music across genres and localities. The event is part of the admission-free weekend "Open House. Open House Days".
Thursday, 20 June 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm Akua is a Ghanaian-American DJ with roots in North American techno but exemplifies a sonic force that reverberates worldwide. Her sets encompass a wide range of energies - covering percussive elements of mid 90s to the powerfully groovy sounds of the early 2000s.
Thursday, 27 June 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm As one of the most iconic artists of her generation, Ellen Allien embodies the core ethos of techno: a visionary who looks to the future for inspiration, carving out her own niche and presiding over an empire that has infused techno, rave, and dance music culture with her unique DNA.
Thursday, 4 July 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm The producer, composer RUI HO makes electronic music that bridges the modern club music landscape with traditional Chinese sounds. RUI HO infuses Chinese melodies of her Shanghai home into compositions and productions, while drawing inspiration from everything from Grime, Rave and Reggaeton to top 40 hits, to Japanese anime and gaming soundtracks. She combines the intensity of a wild club night with sweet melodies from her past and present.
Thursday, 11 July 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm Working with elements of techno, electro, R&B and concrète, electronic luminary Darren Cunningham aka Actress has patented a sound that’s instantly recognisable, impossible to emulate and responsible for some of the most beloved electronic albums of recent times.
Thursday, 18 July 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm Marie Montexier's sound is slick and dynamic, bringing together electrifying grooves from all eras and corners of the globe—classic rave cuts and modern club sounds, thumping party-rockers syncopated beat experiments, all of it mixed seamlessly on vinyl via elegant blends, tight cuts and the occasional cheeky spinback.
Thursday, 25 July 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm Tigerhead pursued her love of music and the arts from an early age, before moving to Berlin as a teenager where she took to DJing and collecting records. Known for her raw, unpredictable and diverse sets, she has performed at Berghain, Griessmuehle, RSO and ://about blank with standout performances at Fold, London.
Thursday, 1 August 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm Nur Jaber’s homeland of Beirut, Lebanon has served as an ongoing inspiration for her creativity - Her depth of emotional investment in her art is immediately apparent in her distinctive and trademark production sound, which often includes her own vocals.
Thursday, 8 August 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm Queer and non-conformist by nature, Portuguese-born producer and Berlin based DJ Deepneue goes lengths to glorify a transgressive and sweaty vision of techno in post-Covid times, genderlessly pushing a high energy spirit into dance music and the road that lays ahead.
Thursday, 15 August 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm At the beginning of the millennium, Nick Höppner found a creative home in Berlin, where he skilfully and inquisitively explores and enriches the musical spectrum of the city's nightlife. He is considered one of the cornerstones of today's house and techno scene.
Saturday, 24 August 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm A Berlin based artist originally from Ukraine, ALIS is one of the most exciting DJs taking off. Her free spirited, high energy sound mixes all different genres from groovy and 90’s techno, ghetto tech, hard house, 2000s trance and more.
Thursday, 29 August 2024, 7 pm to 10 pm The sets of musician, producer and media artist Orson Sieverding are unmistakably characterized by dub, the rhythm, bass and sound of London's sound systems and their Caribbean influences. Adept at all tempos and with great dedication, he sends his audience on a journey from the lowest frequencies to the highest heights.
