Hamburger Bahnhof – Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart

The 100,000 visitor to the exhibition 'Martin Honert - Kinderkreuzzug,' which is currently entering its final week at the Hamburger Bahnhof, was welcomed by organizers on Tuesday 12 March.

Silje Vidal (23) an art student from Norway, who currently lives and works in Edinburgh, Scotland, visited the exhibition together with her fellow students as part of a study trip. The somewhat surprised visitor was personally greeted by Udo Kittelmann, director of the Nationalgalerie, as well as Gabriele Knapstein, curator of the exhibition, and Martin Honert himself. She was also presented with a gift: a copy of the exhibition catalogue signed by the artist.

The major showing of Martin Honert's work, which revolves around memories of childhood, is on view until 7 April 2013 at the Hamburger Bahnhof - Museum für Gegenwart - Berlin.
