Behind the Scenes: ReBoot Culture with Lena&Linus and Cloudy June at the Gemäldegalerie

The Gemäldegalerie of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin is taking part in the second season of ReBoot Culture, a collaboration between YouTube Music, the digital music magazine DIFFUS, Google Arts & Culture and the Initiative Musik with various cultural institutions. Two songs each by singer-songwriter Cloudy June and indie pop duo Lena&Linus were recorded in the Gemäldegalerie for the series. There is also this behind-the-scenes video about the filming in the museum.

The ReBoot Culture sessions have been released on the selected artists’ YouTube channels as well as those of the respective institutions and DIFFUS music magazine. In addition to the Hamburger Bahnhof, the Bode-Museum and the Gemäldegalerie of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, other participating institutions include the Museum für Kommunikation Berlin, the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, the Staatsoper Berlin, the Belvedere in Vienna and the Zollverein UNESCO World Heritage site.
