At the Bode-Museum – Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, a single artwork provides a starting point for an interfaith discussion between members of the three main Abrahamic religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Together, Professor Ben Quash (Anglican priest and Professor of Christianity and the Arts at King’s College London), Professor Mira Sievers (Professor of Islamic Beliefs, Philosophy and Ethics at the Humboldt University of Berlin) and Gesa Ederberg (Jewish Rabbi of the New Synagogue, Berlin) discuss the figures of Abraham and Isaac from the point of view of their respective traditions.
