Special opening hours during public holidays

Please note: The Neues Museum will be closed for maintenance work from Monday, 7 April up to and including Wednesday, 9 April 2025.

Notice: The goods lift in the Neues Museum is currently out of service. Access to the Neues Museum from the Archaeological Promenade is currently unavailable for visitors with mobility issues. At the moment, visitors with mobility issues are only able to access the Neues Museum via the eastern entrance and via the lift on the southern side of the building. We apologise for any inconvenience.
