The Kolonnadenhof (Colonnaded Courtyard) entrance to the Neues Museum can only be used with a valid admission ticket. The main entrance to the Neues Museum with all its service functions is the James-Simon-Galerie.

This information was first made available to the public in early 2022, and is continually being expanded to include additional branches and employees.
