As of Saturday, 14 March 2020 all buildings of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin (National Museums in Berlin) are closed to the public until further notice. This measure is intended to minimise the spread of the coronavirus. Your understanding is appreciated.

At the same time we are doing all we can to make the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin widely available online.

All Staatliche Museen zu Berlin events are cancelled until further notice. We are currently examining to what extent the duration of exhibitions can be extended and/or exhibitions can be postponed to a later date. However, no definitive decisions can be made at this time. We will continue to update the information on this website as well as through our social media channels.

Online tickets booked in advance for museum visits and events will be reimbursed. The Staatliche Museen zu Berlin will contact customers via email.
