Kirsten Ellinor Guttorm Utsi is a reindeer herder and duojár from Deatnu/Tana in the Norwegian part of Sápmi. She runs the tourism company “Davvi Siida” and is an activist for the rights of reindeer herders in her area, where “green colonialism” and wind turbines are aggressively competing for grazing land.
