Talking Spaces: On Creative Resilience
Artist talk with Victoria Pidust, Volo Bevza And Anastasia Pasechnik in the Museum Europäischer Kulturen
How does community-building play a role in ensuring that artistic and cultural work can continue to develop and grow? In the exhibition Fragments of Life. A Ukrainian Diary at Museum Europäischer Kulturen, the three Ukrainian artists Victoria Pidust, Volo Bevza, and Anastasia Pasechnik discuss how their own artistic practices have changed during the past year. They will also speak about the creative structures that have had to be reimagined as a result of the Russian war on Ukraine and their personal experiences of the beginning of the invasion in February 2022.
The event will be held in English. No registration required. Included in museum admission.
