Study room opening times

Monday: 2 to 8 pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9 am to 4 pm

Please note: Due to necessary maintenance work, digital services will not be available at the Kunstbibliothek (Art Library) during the period from Wednesday, 5 June, 2 pm through the end of the day on Sunday, 6 June 2024. Work in the reading room and study areas will be affected by the following restrictions:

  • The use of WLAN (WiFi) and access to electronic resources will not be possible.
  • Book orders in OPAC are only possible on Wednesday, 5 June 2024 before 2 pm. No book orders can be carried out from Thursday, 6 June through Sunday, 9 June 2024.
  • For these reasons, the Kunstbibliothek’s reading room and study areas at the Kulturforum will remain closed on 6 and 7 June.

Reference library, study room with 40 desks, orders available at issue desk in 30 to 45 minutes.

  • Rare books: Rare books and manuscripts are usually only available one day after ordering.
