Since July 2019, the James-Simon-Galerie has become the main entrance for all groups visiting the Pergamonmuseum and the Neues Museum. 

• The James-Simon-Galerie provides ticket sales and coat check services at a central location.
• All groups visiting the Neues Museum are to enter the James-Simon-Galerie via the courtyard and the lower foyer:
• Neues Museum: All groups are to check-in at the cash registers/information desk located in the lower lobby of the James-Simon-Galerie ‒ accessible through the courtyard.
• Pergamonmuseum: All groups are to check-in at the group cash register located in the upper lobby of the James-Simon-Galerie ‒ accessible via the main staircase.
