Please note: Free and reduced tickets are only valid with the corresponding proof. Please present this proof at the museum entrance without being asked.
The reduced rate is generally 50 % of the admission fee. The reduced rate applies to schoolchildren, students, those engaged in national or community service, unemployed persons claiming „ALG I“ job-seekers’ allowance, and severely disabled persons (with at least 50% reduction in earning capacity), on presentation of the appropriate identification.
As a new anniversary promotion, annual pass holders can now additionally bring one person into the museum free of charge. The ticket for the accompanying person is issued on site at the Hamburger Bahnhof ticket desk. Annual passes (Basic, Classic, Classic Plus) are available at the museum ticket desk at Hamburger Bahnhof or online.
Valid until 30 April 2027 for all existing and newly purchased annual passes.
