From April 2018, admission to the Hamburger Bahnhof – Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart is free on every first Thursday of the month from 4 to 8 pm. The free admission is complemented by an extensive range of events for all visitors.

Visitors are invited to discover new approaches to works in the collection and current exhibitions. Special educational initiatives and a supporting artistic program are aimed at reaching a broader public.
