International Symposium and Special Opening Hours for Berlin Art Week at Hamburger Bahnhof

For this year’s Berlin Art Week, Hamburger Bahnhof once again opens its doors to the public: From 10 to 14 September 2025, the Berlin Art Week Garden festival hub will be hosted at Hamburger Bahnhof.

As part of the Berlin Art Week Garden Symposium, international guests will discuss the contemporary museum as a social space. Under the title “Shaping the Future,” museum professionals from Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, or Warsaw will address current challenges and the social networks of contemporary art museums. The symposium takes place on Friday, 12 September, from 11 am to 5 pm.

Extended Opening Hours for Berlin Art Week

From Thursday, 11 September, through Sunday, 14 September, all exhibitions at Hamburger Bahnhof will be open daily until 10 pm on the occasion of Berlin Art Week.
