Multaka Guides Lead Tours through Berlin Museums on Sundays

The collaborative project Multaka: Treffpunkt Museum now offers guided tours at 8 Berlin museums and 35 institutions across Europe. In addition, World Heritage tours are also being provided in collaboration with the Berlin Senate.

Every Sunday at 4 pm, free guided tours in Arabic and Persian are offered at the following museums:

• Bode-Museum (collections: Skulpturensammlung und Museum für Byzantinische Kunst, Münzkabinett [Sculpture Collection and Museum of Byzantine Art])
• Altes Museum (collection: Antikensammlung [Collection of Classical Antiquities])
• Neues Museum (collections: Ägyptisches Museum und Papyrussammlung [Egyptian Museum and Papyrus Collection], Museum für Vor- und Frühgeschichte [Museum of Prehistory and Early History])
• Deutsches Historisches Museum (temporary special exhibitions)

Arabic- and Persian-speaking visitors may join the Sunday tours without prior registration.

Registration required:

• English- and German-speaking tours can be booked upon request. They are not included in the Sunday programme.
• Larger groups are requested to register in advance.

Tour participants are met by our Multaka guides in the museum lobbies. Guides carry a Multaka sign. Participation is limited to 15 people per tour on a “first come, first served” basis.
