Kunstgewerbemuseum
Mutuogenesis, whose core is based on social and ecological justice, is a living social sculpture manifested as an exhibition and prototype for a new form of life, learning, production and community.
Artist and designer Jerszy Seymour’s collaboration with the international, young community involved with S27 – Kunst und Bildung was mutually organised by the “Lucky Garage” co-lab at Neukölln’s Falscher Fisch community centre and the Kunstgewerbemuseum (Museum of Decorative Arts). This cooperative effort has generated an immersive, multicoloured, mutuogene environment made from recycled materials, providing all vital functions and serving as a stage for a programme of lectures, performances and interventions by diverse artists, designers and activists.
An exhibition of the Kunstgewerbemuseum – Staatliche Museen zu Berlin in cooperation with S27 – Kunst und Bildung. Verein zur Förderung der Interkulturellen Jugendarbeit e. V.
