In this exhibition, Iranian concept artist Farkhonkdeh Shahroudi comments on weapons and coats of mail, and compares a pair of Iranian-Turkish pieces of armour with modern military clothing. She tailored multicoloured uniforms, which were then stitched up at their original openings - the only visible openings are small and hidden, suggesting wounds. It becomes apparent that both the historical defence uniform with its daedal components as well as the modern functional uniform leave the wearer highly vulnerable and in situations of emergency only protect life most imperfectly.
