Hamburger Bahnhof celebrates Berlin’s electronic music culture with a free open-air DJ series from 13 June to 4 September 2025. Berlin Beats at Hamburger Bahnhof brings Berlin’s electronic music culture to the museum’s garden on twelve summer evenings.
The electronic music scene has left a lasting mark on Berlin and is at the same time a global phenomenon – deeply rooted in the city and celebrated around the world. Through collective experiences, it fosters a sense of belonging and creates alternative spaces for diverse communities. It tells a unique story of this city – of its openness and its connections to other places – and of how people find themselves and one another through music.
This year, Hamburger Bahnhof joined creative forces with Berlin-based curatorial project and eyewear brand Kuboraum for a part of this year’s programme and to develop a collaboration capsule collection that will become part of Kuboraum’s permanent collection.
Admission to the events is free.
The restaurant at Hamburger Bahnhof offers a changing street food and drinks menu in the garden. For the kick-off on Friday, 13 June 2025, on the occasion of the Open House weekend, admission to all exhibitions is also free until 10 pm. On the other dates, the exhibitions will be open until 8 pm and accessible with a valid museum ticket.
