Since 2011 Freelance work as a conservator in the museum sector: Preventive conservation, examination, concept development, conservation-restoration measures, loan traffic, exhibition set-up.
2017 until2019 Ethnological Museum, Berlin: Preparation of the permanent exhibition in the Humboldt Forum: Investigation, concept development, conservation measures, documentation, conception and making of primary packaging for transport.
2014 until 2017 Master's degree in Conservation and Restoration of Modern Materials and Technical Cultural Property, Berlin University of Applied Sciences. Own specialties: Conservation of objects made of metal, plastics and leather, biocide decontamination.
2006 until 2011 Studio for restoration Meiler Puppich Leonhardt, Regensburg. Planning of projects in monument conservation; concept development, implementation of conservation-restoration measures on objects made of wood (furniture and objects in monument conservation).
2002 Five-month internship at the INTACH Conservation Centre in Bhubaneswar, India and at the Conservation Lab of the National Museum, New Delhi.
2000 until 2005 Study course Conservation and Restoration of Wooden Objects and Furniture, University of Applied Sciences Hildesheim, Diploma Degree
1997 until 1998 Head of a wood workshop for mentally handicapped people in the VIP association in Chemnitz
1994 until 1997 after obtaining the general university entrance qualification: apprenticeship as a carpenter at Joinery Sieber near Chemnitz
