Celebrated as one of the most influential contemporary artists, for the past fifty years, Bruce Nauman (*1941 in Fort Wayne, Indiana; lives in Gallisteo, New Mexico) has challenged his worldwide public time and again to imagine art from point of origin.
His sculptures, installations, videos, and works with neon are test arrangements into which the viewer stumbles as if into open traps. With part space-consuming key works produced between 1967 and 2001, the exhibition is art that suddenly drives home who we are and how our world is to be understood.
