The history of the royal palace of Tell Halaf, its monuments and the man who discovered it, Max von Oppenheim, is one of the most exciting in the history of archaeology in the Ancient Near East. Impressive descriptions of the exhibition rooms and the exhibits make this visit to the major exhibition an unforgettable experience. Participants are given exclusive permission to touch and feel selected monumental stone sculptures and relief panels from Tell Halaf.
