In the autumn of 2015, the Preis der Nationalgalerie will be awarded for the eighth time - to international artists under the age of 40 who live and work in Germany and who have opened new perspectives of art with innovative artistic approaches and impressive works.
The four artists shortlisted for the 2015 Preis der Nationalgalerie are Christian Falsnaes, Florian Hecker, Anne Imhof and Slavs and Tatars.

On 18 September 2015 an international jury of experts will decide which of these four nominees shall receive the Preis der Nationalgalerie. The award winner will receive a solo exhibition in the forthcoming year at one of the locations of the Nationalgalerie.
